1. What Plurivia Collects
Plurivia collects limited data to improve the tool and understand how it's being used. Here's exactly what's collected and what isn't.
Data you enter into the tool: All property data, financial inputs, and deal parameters you enter are processed locally in your browser. Plurivia does not transmit, store, or retain your deal-specific inputs on any server.
Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): Plurivia uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-3S116NY8J7) to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, device type and browser, and referral source. This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not identify you personally.
Feedback forms (Formspree): If you submit feedback through the in-app form, the information you voluntarily provide (your message text, plus your email address and market if you choose to enter them) is transmitted to Formspree, a third-party form processing service. The floating "Feedback" button sends only the rating you pick and the text you type. Plurivia receives this information to read and respond to your feedback.
Contact form (Formspree): If you send a message through the Contact page, the name, email address, role and message you enter are transmitted to Formspree, a third-party form processing service, and we use them only to respond to you.
Coming Next form (Formspree): If you submit a request through the Coming Next page, the name, email address and request you enter are transmitted to Formspree, and we use them to follow up on your request and shape what we build next.
CSV request form (Formspree): If you request the CSV export, the name and email address you enter, and whether you checked the box to be notified, are transmitted to Formspree. If you checked the box, we may email you about Plurivia updates.
Google Fonts: Every page loads the Inter and Cormorant Garamond typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver the font files, Google receives your browser's request, which includes your IP address and browser details.
Hosting (Netlify): Plurivia is hosted on Netlify. To deliver the pages, Netlify's servers receive the technical information any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
2. What Plurivia Does Not Collect
Plurivia does not collect passwords, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive personal data. Plurivia does not require you to create an account or log in.
3. How Your Data Is Used
Analytics data is used to understand which features are used, identify usability issues, and guide development. Feedback submissions are used to improve the tool based on real user input. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
4. Third-Party Services
Plurivia uses the following third-party services that may process data as described in their own privacy policies:
Google Analytics 4 (analytics): Google Privacy Policy
Formspree (form processing for the Feedback, Contact, Coming Next, and CSV request forms): Formspree Privacy Policy
Google Fonts (typefaces): Google Privacy Policy
Netlify (hosting): Netlify Privacy Policy
5. Cookies and Similar Storage
Plurivia's own code does not set cookies and does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other browser storage. The sample deal, the numbers you enter, and dismissed on-page panels exist only while the page is open; reloading the page clears them.
Google Analytics 4 loads when a page opens and sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by the property ID) to recognize a returning browser and measure usage. Plurivia does not currently show a cookie consent banner. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings or by using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Form submissions go to Formspree over the network; Plurivia does not keep a copy in your browser.
6. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings. Feedback submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to and act on your input.
7. Children's Privacy
Plurivia is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of Plurivia constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
