1. What Plurivia Collects

Plurivia collects limited data to improve the tool and understand how it's being used. Here's exactly what's collected and what isn't.

Data you enter into the tool: All property data, financial inputs, and deal parameters you enter are processed locally in your browser. Plurivia does not transmit, store, or retain your deal-specific inputs on any server.

Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): Plurivia uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-3S116NY8J7) to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, device type and browser, and referral source. This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not identify you personally.

Feedback form (Formspree): If you submit feedback through the in-app form, the information you voluntarily provide (which may include your name, email, and message text) is transmitted to Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Plurivia receives this information to read and respond to your feedback.

2. What Plurivia Does Not Collect

Plurivia does not collect passwords, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive personal data. Plurivia does not require you to create an account or log in.

3. How Your Data Is Used

Analytics data is used to understand which features are used, identify usability issues, and guide development. Feedback submissions are used to improve the tool based on real user input. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

Plurivia uses the following third-party services that may process data as described in their own privacy policies:

5. Cookies

Plurivia itself does not set cookies. Google Analytics 4 may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage data. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings or by using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings. Feedback submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to and act on your input.

7. Children's Privacy

Plurivia is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of Plurivia constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
